We offer a 7-day return, replacement, and refund policy from the date of delivery of the product.
Requests raised after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
2Eligibility for Return / Replacement
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
3Replacement Policy
Our replacement process works as follows:
- Eligible replacement products will be processed after verification
- Replacement products will be delivered within 5–7 days from the date of approval
- Replacement is subject to product availability
Note: If the original product is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or an equivalent alternative product of your choice.
4Refund Policy
In case a refund is approved:
- The amount will be processed after verification of the returned product
- Refunds will be credited to the customer's bank account within 5–7 working days after approval
- Refunds will be made only to the original mode of payment
5Non-Eligible Cases
Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution
- Requests raised after the 7-day return window
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)
Please Note: Minor color differences between the product image and the actual product may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions. These are not considered defects.
6Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
After verification, we will initiate a replacement or refund as applicable.
Tip: We recommend recording a video while unboxing your order. This helps us process damage or defect claims faster and ensures a smooth resolution.
7Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after confirmation or dispatch.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing the order. Cancellations may only be possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
